Growing up in Ireland and now based in Portugal, Ornagh has been in the industry for over 12 years coaching and learning from some of the best athletes, gymnastic, weight lifting and movement coaches. Through this she has created a very niche and specialised coaching style.

Ben is the guy in the background that makes everything tick. Any repairs, upgrades or maintenance work required, Ben gets it done. Born and raised locally to English and Portuguese parents, he speaks fluent Portuguese and English and a huge asset to the Wild View team. Ben joined in November and worked tirelessly through the Winter to build the Shepherd’s Huts and implement the rainwater catchment system. With a wonderful positive energy and calm approach to all tasks in a very short spare of time he has settled in and taken full responsibility for the maintenance and care of the retreat.

Jessica was born and raised in the Netherlands by Spanish parents and is loving mother to her Portuguese son. Previously working in social work as a project manager and certified trainer in the Netherlands, she moved to Portugal in 2017 to live in the countryside and teaching Yoga. Jess joined the Wild View Retreat team to support the day to day running of the retreats in the background; from arranging transfers, massages, collating health forms, ordering vegetables & fruits to managing housekeeping staff and liaising with guests and ensuring they feel well cared for in the lead up to their retreat experience. Jess is a well organised, dedicated, happy and kind leader of the Wild View family, she loves to make you feel welcome by creating a safe space for people to relax, enjoy and be healthy!

Karelle is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with a specialisation around Integrative Sports Nutrition with the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition and Centre for Integrative Sports Nutrition in London. Karelle is French native and lived in UK, Australia, Singapore and now Portugal for the last two decades. Karelle discovered nutrition therapy shortly after the birth of her second child who suffered repeated allergies, as well as ear and respiratory infections. As a result of several life events, Karelle also struggled with adrenal fatigue, severe anaemia and gut dysbiosis.
Karelle is passionate about triathlon and endurance sports. Surrounded by athletes expressing their needs for nutritional advice, it became evident that combining her two passions made absolute sense. Karelle support athletes around the world with a functional & integrative approach to improve their health and performance goals. Her clientele is typically Ironman to sprint distance triathletes and long-distance runners or cyclists.

As a qualified Yoga teacher and personal trainer, Sue has studied with well known international teachers such as Jason Crandall , Jo Phee and Sarah Powers.
She teaches many styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, restorative, meditation and pre-natal Yoga.
Sue likes to introduce themes to every class – taking you on a journey through your retreat experience, which compliments all the other activities you will do.
Expect Humour, kindness and inclusivity – all levels are welcome and options/ alternatives are always offered.
As well as teaching yoga,Sue uses her skills as a trained midwife to work as a Doula and hynobirthing educator.

A gymnast in her youth, a mother and podium triathlete in her 30’s and now a PT and strength + conditioning coach in her (early!) 40’s, Sally understands how it feels to be on a health and fitness journey on many levels and this show in her approach + encouragement.
Sally provides inspiring and motivating HIIT + strength-based classes. Her teaching method is encapsulated by unlimited energy (killer playlists!) and a constant feed of positive mind health and physical movement, deep rooted in purpose and intent.

Lina is from Lithuania and has now settled in Barcelona and shares a passionate for life, wellness and living with an open heart. She strongly believes that through the power of our breath and movement we can transform our body and our mind.
Lina trained to become to yoga teacher Goa India, 2018 and has never stopped learning further completing advanced yoga trainings with Jason Crandell & Katarina Rayburn and a advanced Reiki Level II Certification. She loves to have balance in life and her classes vary from strong power/ vinyasa/ mandala flows to calmer yin & yang and blissful yoga nidra meditations paired with magical singing bowls.
Lina feels it difficult to put into words what yoga means to her as it’s more of a feeling, emotion and sense of purpose to I teach, it brings serenity and peace into everyday life and a gratitude to be able to share a joy with the World and everyone around me.

Elena studied yoga and wellness in India, Bali, Mallorca and Dubai and is now a highly experienced 700 hour International Yoga teacher. In 2020 she from Dubai to the Algarve, Portugal where she teaches private and group classes, host workshops, weekend and week-long retreats for her “HAVEN” community in the Algarve of which she is the founder. Elena is also a team member of Green Yoga International in Mallorca where she delivers regular Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She has a background in dance as such movement with sound is a big part of her practice brought into her Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes. To create balance she also teaches Yin Yoga, a relaxing form of yoga essential for everyone’s lives. Her passion is to pass on what she has learnt from her past gurus and teachers to all those around her.

Stephen has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 7 years. His yoga story has taken him around the world and into many styles and schools. As a sports enthusiast too, he understands the body having trained in martial arts and endurance events. Through extensive yoga and pilates he has worked himself back from injury to peak fitness on a number of occasions . With an interest in the philosophy of yoga too he is equally focussed on relaxation techniques and mind/body connection. He did his teacher training with the Shamanic school of yoga in the rainforests of Costa Rica and is further qualified with the yoga nidra network. He has taught all over the world and has worked with Google, Microsoft. BDO, and the UK government. He writes often for the wellness press and has also worked with hotels including Lanserhof and the Ace hotel and devised a sleep programme for the Palm Retreat Hotel in Dubai in January 2020.

From a young age Yuwa was captivated by plants and valued health as an aid to athletic performance. This progressed to professional training in Sydney, Australia as a Naturopath, Nutritional therapist & Herbalist. 18 years on, Yuwa is now a highly experienced practitioner with diverse knowledge within the natural health/wellbeing industry, working for a variety of organisations such as the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, the London Clinic of Nutrition and the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

She never wants her clients to feel deprived of food when they come to her – she believes that food should make you feel good and nourish your body – the word diet is banished! Whilst navigating my way through the world of work, in 2015 I met Joe Wicks aka ‘The Body Coach’ and began working closely with him during the launch of his company. I supported his online clients with all aspects of health and fitness further developing my commitment to fitness. In 2020 she founded Gemma Kate Lifestyle, having been furloughed from the corporate world, a blessing in disguise to wake up to her true passion. Gemma offers a wide range of fitness classes, one to one training and specialises in pre and postnatal exercise as well as exercise for a balanced lifestyle.

Rosie is a yoga teacher and paddleboarding coach with 5 years of teaching experiencing and 10 years of personal practice. She is known for her warm and engaging teaching style and personalised approach. She believes that yoga is not a ‘one size fits all’ and encourages individuals to work with their own bodies not against them. Rosie has facilitated numerous retreats and specialises in experiences that combine yoga, water (be that on it or in it) and a deep connection to nature; both your own and the outdoors. Rosie has a background in psychology with a focus on Eastern psychology and body psychotherapy and is currently studying for a masters in psychological anthropology. These learnings add colour and depth to her teaching and her classes aim to support the body, mind and spirit combined. When not teaching yoga or paddling, she can be found in cold water (swimming!) or drinking tea in bed first thing. She currently lives in London and travels extensively for work and life.

Fun and consistency are at the heart of Milly’s approach to fitness because, after all, if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing, you won’t keep on doing it! And if you don’t do it consistently, you won’t see any positive progress.
Milly is a strong advocator of most forms of movement, but especially HIIT training and strength work in all of its forms. She really gets the importance of building and maintaining muscle mass via resistance training in the quest for optimal body composition (and fat loss).

Alice is an experienced yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training – primarily with internationally renowned teachers Jason Crandell (Power Yoga) and Bridget Woods Kramer (Anusara). Through intelligently sequenced and thoughtful all-level vinyasa yoga, her aim is for students to come away feeling empowered, and wonderfully content within themselves. Expect good music, heart-felt philosophy, no dogma, a little sweat and a lot of warmth. Alice currently lives in Glasgow teaching yoga full time but is originally from Oxfordshire then London. She recently completed an MSc in Psychology at the University of Glasgow as part of her ongoing interest in the unity of science with spirituality.

This born and bred Irish man has been moving and grooving all his life, falling in love with theatre, dance and drama from age 9, he started to build on his craft and attend various performing arts trainings, workshops and then eventually hopped over the sea to train in London were he spent 3 years training at dance school, working with various artists/companies such as The BBC, SONY and X factor artists (as well as a brief moment being in boy band), he felt something was missing so through his movement journey into Yoga and spirituality he found more of himself that was waiting to be discovered, this led to him training in over 600 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings. Max trained as a chef near the Black Forest in southern Germany and moved to Berlin at an early age where he gained a lot of experience in various Michelin-starred restaurants. He took a creative break and went on a two-year round the World trip with his wife and children spending time South Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.
