A week of yoga, stunningly tasty nutrient-dense plant-based meals, guided walks, fitness classes, nutrition talks and wellness workshops to completely restore balance back to your body, mind and soul.
Wild View Retreat and partners are collaborating on a World Class retreat experience, offering the ultimate escape to bring balance back to your life and wellbeing through MIND, MOVEMENT & FUEL. This 7-night break will enable you to step out of the busy-ness of life and into a space of natural calm where you can rebalance, refocus and regain your strength of mind and body.
Set amidst the spacious mountain wilderness of the Algarve, you will find a tranquil space where you can slow down, switch off and enjoy being led on a journey of Optimal Wellbeing.
You will be fuelled with delicious ‘portion controlled’ plant based meals to ensure you return home energised, brother and lighter. You’ll take part in 2 yoga classes a day that are suitable for all levels, spectacular walks, light fitness classes to enhance your physical health and be inspired with our new programme of nutrition and wellness talks to bring more equilibrium in to your everyday life.
And of course there is a plenty of time for rest and relaxation by the pool and massage available on site for an extra fee.
Our brilliant chefs will be providing healthy, plant based vegetarian meals to nourish and rebalance your body. We believe radiant health starts with a healthy gut so likes to use lots of nutritious, nourishing real food ingredients with a focus on keeping things simple but using vegetables in a fun creative ways so you never feel bored or deprived. Please note meals will be portioned controlled and not buffet style to ensure guests receive the optimal level of nutrition and calories each day.
Our food is healthy nutritious plant based food. We may at times provide eggs or cheese in the morning as options but the menu is predominantly vegan throughout with an emphasis on nutrient dense vegetables and plant based protein. No refined sugar or dairy is every used in cooking, only plant based milks or whole coconut sugars for example. Please be aware some of our meals may contain gluten. All meals are planned in advance and freshly prepared on a daily basis so you must complete the health form at least 2 weeks in advance of the retreat to advise us of any food intolerances. After discussing with us, if you think you will need separate meals created by the chef this can be done for an extra fee of €150 per week. Please contact us for more information.
