Wild View Retreat and Step-Inside have come together with Modern Food stories to offer you the ultimate escape to bring balance to your life and your wellbeing through MIND, MOVEMENT & FUEL. This 7-night break will enable you to step out of the busy-ness of life and into a space of natural calm where you can rebalance, refocus and regain your strength of mind and body.
Set amidst the spacious mountain wilderness of the Algarve, you will find a tranquil space where you can slow down, switch off and enjoy being led on a journey of Optimal Wellbeing.​
Fuelled by nutritious vegan meals, juices and snacks and supported by nutritional therapists and wellbeing experts you will have the chance to enjoy 2 yoga and meditation classes a day, spectacular walks as well as talks to bring you practical tools to reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance physical health and bring more equilibrium in to your everyday life. And of course there is a plenty of time for rest and relaxation by the pool!

The Yoga
You with enjoy two yoga and mindfulness classes every day. Led by Charlotte Wiseman the classes will be alignment based, ideal for all levels of experience. Whether an absolute beginner or a ‘seasoned’ yogi Charlotte will lead you in a heart felt practice to support and challenge you.Your Teacher – Charlotte Wiseman
Charlotte’s personal journey overcoming chronic stress and anxiety first led her to explore yoga and mindfulness. The positive changes she experienced were so inspiring that she left her career in the fashion industry to share her passion for wellbeing.
She adopts a multi disciplinary approach combining Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Anusara Elements®, and Embodied Flow yoga.
 
The Accommodation
 

Accommodation at Wild View Retreat
Wild View Retreat was lovingly restored from the ruins of an abandoned mountain village in the foothills of the Algarve in Portugal.
The venue is completely isolated and submerged in nature, accommodating up to 22 guests in twin/double or triple ensuite rooms with first class infinity pool and yoga studio facilities that will simply take your breath away.
The Food
Modern Food Stories will be providing healthy, plant based & vegan meals to nourish & rebalance your body. They believe radiant health starts with a healthy gut so likes to use lots of nutritious, nourishing real food ingredients [all gluten free and sugar free] with a focus on keeping things simple but using vegetables in a fun creative ways so you never feel bored or deprived.
