Where do you work and what type of fitness do you do?
I teach regular weekly classes at Blok London and run the odd monthly session at the Adidas studio on Brick Lane. I teach a mix of hiit bassed classes, strength, core, boxing conditioning and stretch.
I’m an actor so a HUGE passion of mine is theatre. I love watching plays and creating my own work.
Where are you from?
Tiny little town called St Ives in Cambridgeshire.
How did you get into wellness and why is it important to you?
I think probably living in London and realising just how hectic life can get made me want to focus on keeping both my body and my soul nourished. I like the holistic concept of wellness and the fact that it focuses on what feels intuitively good as opposed to aesthetically superficial.
If you were to wild camp what three possessions would you take?
A good book (probably Women Who Run With The Wolves by ) my notebook and a tub of peanut butter.
What type of food do you like to eat?
Anything home cooked and wholesome. I’m a massive foodie so couldn’t possibly get anymore specific than that.
What are you top three places to travel?
Albania, Southern Spain, The Greek Islands.
Whats your favourite movie and why?
American Honey as it’s such a poetically beautiful coming of age film with a cracking playlist.
What are you most looking forward to working at Wild View Retreat?
Delicious Portugese sunshine.
